As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing operations and staff to ensure efficient productivity and on-time delivery of quality products. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your leadership abilities and technical knowledge to make an impact in a growing organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the daily manufacturing operations, to ensure adherence to production.schedules and quality
- Set production goals and quotas, create schedules and policies
- Identify process improvements for maximizing efficiency
- Manage budgets, oversee inventory control procedures
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 150 employees
- Ensure health and safety policies are followed

Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience as a Production Manager or similar role
- Background in manufacturing operations and production planning
- Strong leadership qualities with good communication and people skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with ERP /MRP systems
- Mandatory - GMP knowledge
