Technical Pre- Post sale Manager

In line with our belief in simplicity and straightforwardness, we are seeking the right person to lead our pre/post-sale activities and oversee our Customer Success department.
We are looking for an experienced technical professional with a passion for sales and maximizing customer experience - "it's all about the value approach!"
As the Technical Pre- Post sale Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Possessing hands-on experience with network infrastructure and hypervisors ( VMware /Hyper-V/etc.) - Mandatory.
* Good familiarity with Linux.
* Familiarity with cloud technologies is also an advantage.
* Leading pre-sales activities such as technical deployment sessions, initial onboarding, and POC kick-offs with the sales team.
* Managing the Customer Success department and serving as the main point of contact for our customers. This includes conducting quarterly sessions to improve and maintain our retention rate, facilitating up-sales and cross-sales, and providing support to the sales team.
* Passionate about customer-facing interactions (mostly remote sessions).
More about the position:
* High proficiency in English, both written and oral, is a MUST.
* Full-time position based in Ramat Gan (Bursa).
* Regular working hours with flexibility as needed.
* Excellent employment terms and stock option plan.
* The position is mainly in-office.
