5+ Years of Backend Development Experience: Proven track record in architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems for enterprise-grade applications. Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions that enhance user experience and solve complex problems in a business context.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of programming languages relevant to backend development (such as Python, Java, Go), database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), API design, and microservices architecture.
Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A commitment to sharing knowledge and best practices within the team.
Knowledge and experience with ML (Machine Learning) and LLM (Large Language Models), including training, fine-tuning, and advanced applications - an advantage
Expertise in Cloud Computing: Strong experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) including deployment, scaling, and managing cloud-based applications. Knowledge of cloud architecture patterns and best practices - an advantage
