We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer.
In this role, you will be part of the production-oriented team and working on the latest cutting-edge tools and technologies as a first mover based on technology trends and in alignment with business objectives.
You will be researching, learning and implementing innovative, creative and cost effective ways to safely introduce new technologies to the environment.
As part of the DevOps group, You will work in collaboration with the Dev, Data Engineering, Delivery and AI teams to empower them with the right monitoring, observability and reliability tools to achieve the companys goals.
Responsibilities:
The companys entire cloud production observability infrastructure, including advanced cloud infra on AWS, with data pipelines, serverless deployments and container orchestration
Manage, Maintain and Monitor cloud production environments
Promote infrastructure initiatives, improvement and designs, with focus on reliability, scalability and efficiency
Establish metrics, logs and events streaming for data-driven decisions to help increase availability, reliability, and velocity
Application and infrastructure monitoring solutions
You will be trusted with autonomy, freedom and influence to design solutions and make technical decisions, in a critical position for the companys growth.
You will work in a unique professional culture championing close work between Dev TechOps, and ownership. Were literally tackling the challenges of bringing cutting edge cloud-based services to the healthcare world

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as an SRE / DevOps Engineer
Excellent knowledge and experience with monitoring, maintaining and optimizing production systems such as Prometheus / VictoriaMetrics, Kinesis, Opensearch, Grafana, InfluxDB, Vector
Experience with K8S
Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform
Experience in designing and building cloud-based solutions, in one of the major cloud providers - preferably AWS
Experience with building infrastructure for data processes in high scale
Analyze events and processes in complex ecosystems and produce insights, and identify areas for improvement
Accountability and ownership - doing whatever it takes for the company to succeed
Independent learning capability and curiosity without boundaries
Working on systems with complex release or business flows

SOLID programming and scripting skills (python preferably)
