Full Stack Team Leader

Our team is growing and we're looking for a strong and passionate team leader to be accountable and lead the development of an agile team.
As a team leader, youll have the chance to experience and design real mission-critical, medical architecture and take part in the ongoing efforts to enhance our scale, resilience, and time to market.

The Dev Departments main responsibility is developing our customer-facing solution end-to-end. This includes integrating into hospitals data sources, developing ETL pipelines for various types of medical data, and deployment of medical deep learning algorithms in production, with the overall goal of enhancing medical workflows and helping doctors perform at their best.
Responsibilities:
Be a leader. Provide technical guidance, personal and career development, mentoring, and coaching to team members.
Work as an integral part of our senior (and super strong) development team.
Have a leading role, central responsibility and will be the owner for the design and development of many of our services, components, and projects.
Receive end-to-end ownership for product features from ideation to deployment, and work closely with the Product team to bring the teams imagination to life.
Be trusted with autonomy, freedom and influence to design solutions and make technical decisions, in a critical position for the companys growth.
Have end-to-end production ownership. You will be accountable for your teams production environments and make sure your teams deliverables are operating as expected in the real world.
Integrate and continuously improve agile methodologies within your team.
