A provider of intelligent machines for the fabrication of Additively Manufactured Electronics (AME). High-fidelity active electronic and electromechanical subassemblies are integral enablers of autonomous intelligent drones, cars, satellites, smartphones, and in vivo medical devices. We are looking for a highly-motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible Subsidiaries Assistant Controller to join our amazing finance team. Main responsibilities:
* Work closely with our subsidiaries monitor day-to-day activities and prepare and reviewing reporting packages
* Preparation of the statutory financial statements and tax return.
* Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
* Work closely with subsidiaries in the group, provide support and guidelines
* Assist with accounting team projects and process improvements.
* Working closely with the companys auditor.

Requirements:
* CPA with Big 4 experience a must
* Experience with SEC reporting
* Strong IFRS knowledge
* Detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to effectively complete tasks independently.
* Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and able to work directly with other functions in the organization (globally).
* Devoted and highly committed.
* Willing to work extra hours when needed.
* Fluent English
* High Excel and other Office skills.
