Job Description:

*Provides engineering and construction expertise for new store openings, revamping, relocations, and extensions. Leads technical meetings with landlords and coordinates technical due diligence processes.
*Manages project realization, including selecting tenders, negotiating contracts, and overseeing external partners to optimize operations, maintenance costs, and building investments. Ensures compliance with Decathlon technical specifications, safety standards, sustainability targets, and local regulations.
*Prepares, reviews, and validates building permit and certification applications. Develops guidance for stakeholders and measures performance of construction decisions. Conducts annual property audits and ensures efficient property management. Provides technical assistance to stores.
*Stays updated with innovative designs and techniques to identify cost-saving and CO2 reduction opportunities. Collaborates with global peers to integrate United Real Estate's objectives and share best practices.
