Junior QA & Support, Docomotion

What you’ll do
* Test Design & Execution for customer’s requirements.
* Analyze, review, and provide feedback on customer’s requirements.
* Updating the Product’s Regression scope.
* Following the Product’s defects and verifying them after the fix.
* Working closely with BA and Development Teams.
* Working with the Product Manager and development team.
* Providing technical support to customers and partners.
What you bring
* Up to 1 year of experience in the QA domain.
* Technical understanding (working with JSON, APIs & SQL)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Working with Agile methodology - advantage
* Experience with JIRA - advantage
* Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS) - advantage
* Experience with databases (SQL Server, SQL queries, Database Structure) - advantage
* Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Scrum, Sprint) - advantage
* Experience with Salesforce or another CRM software - advantage
* QA diploma - advantage
