Responsibility for managing the project portfolio, the budget in the division. Responsibility for analyzing and making available a comprehensive project and resource situation in the division.

Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience as a PMO or about 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a large technology organization
* At least 3 years of experience in management and budgetary control of organizations with over 50 employees
* Knowledge and experience in managing projects using the Agile method, in-depth knowledge as an administrator of JIRA/ADO/Monday systems
* Relevant academic education (at least a bachelor's degree) in the fields of industry and management/ Computer Science /engineering/business administration
* Excellent business vision and high creative abilities
* High interpersonal skills and excellent personal communication
* Ability to work independently with different parties in the organization.
* Ability to go down to details and prioritize between tasks, and between requirements
* Ability to drive processes in a large organization
