We are seeking a highly qualified Assistant Controller to join our dynamic innovative SaaS company in
Hybrid position Petah Tikva

Key Responsibilities:
? Assist in preparing and analysing a) consolidated financial statements to ensure compliance with US GAAP. b) financial statements for subsidiaries worldwide, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
? Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting
? Coordinate and support external audits and tax filings, ensuring timely submission and compliance.
? Calculation of sales representatives' commission

Requirements:
A university bachelors degree in accounting; CPA certification required
Solid understanding of US GAAP principles, financial reporting, and internal controls
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights
Ability to understand the full picture of the company's business processes and their financial implications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
organized, with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal
