- Expertly lead a Backend development team.
- Foster the growth and development of your team members, providing guidance and support.
- Take responsibility for the timely and successful delivery of the team's projects.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in production, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain a complex, highly available, and distributed cloud-based solution, ensuring its high level of quality throughout its lifecycle.
- Collaborate in the design of robust, scalable, and testable software solutions within a fast-paced environment.
- Engage actively in all stages of development, including research, design, development, and testing.
- Contribute to the backend development of our bank services.
- Work closely with your team, Product Managers, designers, architects, DevOps, and other tech leads at our company to deliver exceptional results.
