Revenue Operations Manager

We are looking for a super Revenue Operations Manager, to build and scale our revenue strategy, align our Sales, Marketing, Litigation Success, and Capital Markets teams around the revenue goals, build and integrate our revenue technology stack, and drive revenue teams forward.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track sales and marketing performance metrics.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize our revenue streams.
Take full ownership of Revenue tech stack & utilize advanced coding skills to customize and optimize Salesforce, Salesloft and Hubspot functions according to business needs (workflows/reporting/dashboards/automations/integrations).
Analyze and optimize the existing motions to grow revenue, including the existing Customer Onboarding and Customer Success teams.
Design and refine the operational strategy to build business including segmentation, account targeting, pricing & packaging, and GTM training.
Partner successfully with cross-functional leadership to align goals and influence the direction and performance of the organization, including the production, and R&D organizations.
Evaluate and introduce new technologies and tools to improve data analysis and operational efficiency, driving additional output, scale, and repeatable processes.
