We are looking for a Post Silicon Validation Technical lead, to become a part of our dynamic HW team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough post silicon validation of ultra-low power analog / RF chip.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans (from silicon block specifications) to validate chip performance and functionality.
Analyze and interpret test results to identify and troubleshoot issues together with the design team
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using Python.
Develop scripts and tools to streamline the validation process and improve efficiency.
Ensure that automated tests are reliable, repeatable, and provide accurate results.
Manage / technically lead a post silicon validation engineer

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Proven experience in post silicon validation of analog and RF chips.
Strong proficiency in Python for test automation (including controlling the below test equipment)
Hands-on experience with test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, signal analyzers, and network analyzers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
