We are expanding our world-class team and looking for a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to join and co-lead our hiring efforts. This role combines strategic and hands-on elements.
Youll have full ownership of end-to-end hiring processes to bring in the best talent and provide an impactful and memorable candidate experience.
You will strengthen all Simplys scale efforts, from employer branding and culture to whatever else is needed in this successful and meaningful creative startup environment.

Requirements:
You have a minimum 4 years of strategic and hands-on recruitment experience (tech roles - a plus)
You are proactive and driven by making the best matches between amazing candidates and fantastic career opportunities
You are impact oriented with a get things done mentality and passionate about being a part of a fast growing environment
You have strong project management skills - know how to structure a working process, engage team members and prioritize on the go to meet deliverables
You are people-oriented with strong interpersonal capabilities
Youre passionate about bringing creativity and self-expression to millions around the world
