NPI, manufacturing engineering, production tests.
Add DFx considerations to new products in the design process.
Creation of product file and its implementation in the production line.
Monitor and improve production line quality.
Improve cost reduction and yield improvement including reliability tests.
Manage Problem solving teams of process, yield, and reliability failures.
Investigate production problems and customer complaints and manage root cause analysis.
Equipment qualification, process validation, calibration procedures.

Requirements:
Requirements and basic Experience/ Knowledge:
Knowledge of Electronics HW boards level design.
Experience with technical ation.
Knowledge in Engineering Systems/tools: Priority, OrCAD CIS, Excel.
Education: Electronics Engineer / Electronic Practical Engineer Degree or equivalent.
Experience: at least 5 years of related experience. Past experience in hands-on electronics boards repair.
Strong team skills. High capability of working in small, cross-functional teams and task forces.
High level of English. High capability of multi-tasking and delivering under pressure.
ERP and Productivity Software: Experience with Priority ERP advantage. Work is on-site in Caesarea (relevant applicant are between Tel Aviv and Haifa).
