R&D Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced R&D Senior Program Manager specializing in Engineering processes to join our dynamic team.

Enhancing the development life cycle involves a thorough understanding of existing processes and the identification of gaps to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new initiatives, improving existing processes and implementing new methodologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of R&D teams.

This role necessitates technical expertise in engineering change management within an R&D environment, as well as strong leadership and strategic thinking.

As an R&D Senior Program Manager, you will:

Define and drive complex programs to meet business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing process performance, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Design and implement project management processes, methodologies, and tools aligned with industry best practices to ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of R&D projects. Providing training and guidance to R&D teams on the adoption and utilization of defines best practices.
Ensure critical issues are identified, proactively recognizing potential risks and challenges and addressing or mitigating these risks
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including R&D team members, senior leadership, and external partners, to provide updates on process developments, solicit feedback, and address concerns.

You should apply if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical program/project management, preferably in a global SaaS company.
Proficiency in the use of JIRA and confluence, including advanced roadmap features - JIRA administration experience is mandatory.
Proven track record of successfully driving large complex projects, leading change management, and implementing product lifecycle process improvements while being detail-oriented and maintaining accuracy
Strong understanding of R&D methodologies and tools, product development life cycle, and project management principles.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed decision-making and process optimization.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and organizational levels, addressing their interests and concerns.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Technological background/software development experience - an advantage
High sense of ownership and accountability.
Excellent spoken and written English and Hebrew expression.
