We are looking for NPI Engineer for one of our wonderful clients near Haifa
About the Role:
Supporting and guiding the development process of RF and digital boards and assemblies
Implementing rules for manufacturability, testability, and maintenance of boards and assemblies
Leading the field of advanced TEST equipment (Jigs), writing requirements, and managing subcontractors implementing the equipment including planning, integration, and implementation in development and/or production lines
Transitioning from development to production and supporting the ramp-up process in internal and external manufacturing plants
Managing and implementing the engineering change process (ECO)
Investigating faults, preparing reports including recommendations for correction and improvement

Requirements:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Technician with relevant experience - mandatory
At least 3 years of experience in analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic boards including digital hardware and RF down to the component level
Experience working with complex systems integrated with hardware, software, and FPGA
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
Ability to work and learn independently
Teamwork skills
High level of technical English
Experience in developing electronic boards - advantage
Experience working with analog/digital circuits, TEST processes (Boundary Scan, JTAG) - advantage
Experience working with manual and automatic TEST equipment in the field of digital/ RF in development and/or production - advantage
