As we continue our expansion into international markets, our 25+ subsidiaries are keeping on going live with the NetSuite ERP system. This crucial position is situated within our global Information & Business Technology (IBT) Division based in Israel, focusing primarily on the financial modules and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes and aspects of our NetSuite ERP system.
In this role, you will be tasked to insure a seamless integration and optimization of financial processes within our ERP NetSuite system. You will be instrumental in shaping the financial technological landscape of our rapidly growing organization.
Responsibilities:
* Provide expert solutions and support for NetSuite ERP financial and procurement modules to users worldwide.
* Be the main point of contact of the finance teams.
* Overseeing the financial aspects of the NetSuite ERP system across our global operations.
* Spearhead the implementation of financial change requests, managing end-to-end financial processes and projects within the ERP environment.
* Analyze, characterize, and implement ERP financial and procurement solutions to enhance and optimize business processes.
* Develop and customize financial functionalities within the ERP systems to meet and exceed business requirements.
* Ensure project delivery within stipulated timeframes and budgets, upholding high standards of quality and efficiency.
* Manage remote communication effectively using technological platforms, fostering collaboration and teamwork across different time zones.
* Coordinate with external resources, including vendors and consultants, to support financial ERP implementations and enhancements.

* Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or BA in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or other relevant fields Mandatory. Accounting Big advantage.
* Proven experience of 4+ years in Hands-on NetSuite ERP implementation, with a strong focus on financial and procurement modules and processes Mandatory.
* Projects management experience, with the ability to manage timelines, budget and stakeholders. Proven experience An advantage.
* Strong communication and people orientation skills - Must.
* Deep understanding of financial and procurement Netsuite system, with hands-on experience in NetSuite.
* Service-oriented attitude with the capability to work effectively with diverse customers worldwide.
* Excellent organizational skills, with a proven track record of working in high-pressure environments as a motivated, organized employee.
* Knowledge in the development and customization of ERP systems, particularly financial modules an advantage.
* Background in the pharmaceutical industry an advantage.
* Fluent in English.
