Full Stack Team Leader - Atmosec

Key Responsibilities
Drive the team's strategic technical direction.
Direct and coordinate activities necessary to understand business objectives.
Translate business objectives into a technical roadmap.
Foster a culture of high standards, growth, and accountability within the team, promoting a shared vision and collective ownership of product and business outcomes.
Conduct design reviews, service health monitoring processes, and development and deployment processes.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the team.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, and operations, to align. product initiatives with business goals and drive successful go-to-market strategies, product adoption and growth.
