We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our R D team.
In this role, you will be the go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work, managing timelines, resolving problems, and coaching team members on Agile methodologies.
You will be working with stakeholders, FullStack Developers, R D team leaders, QA, Product Managers, Big Data teams, BI, UX / UI, and more.
What you will be doing:
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
Coordinate sprints, daily and retrospective meetings
Manage each project's scope and timeline
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Ensure delivery is up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Full responsibility for the internal communication between the teams and the creation of effective collaboration between the various parties

Requirements:
Proven experience of 1-2 years as Scrum Master/R D Project Manager
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques
Experience in leading agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, pre-planning, planning, retrospectives, demos, etc.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proven experience of 1-2 years as Scrum Master/R D Project Manager
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques
Experience in leading agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, pre-planning, planning, retrospectives, demos, etc.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
