Requirements:
* Bachelors or master's degree in electrical engineering Must.
* Experience (2+ years) in electrical distribution systems Must.
* Experience in designing algorithms for network optimization - Must.
* Experience in system Design and Architecture.
* Knowledge in coding languages ( Python, JAVAgreenTxtBg!) Advantage.
* Experience with Real-Time systems and communication protocols (e.g., SCADA, IEC 61850, DNP3).
* Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Advantage.
* Product management experience Advantage
* Experience in managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch activities.
* Proficiency in creating product roadmaps and aligning them with business objectives.
* Write requirement (SRS) and details design documents (DLD) for software companies.
*  UI / UX skills: Proven project history of UI mockups and experience with wireframe solutions. Nice to have
* Knowledge in Agile methodology.
* Experience with AI and Machine Learning applications in energy management.
* Knowledge in power flow solutions for electrical networks (OpenDSS).
