As we forge ahead to shape the next era of growth media, our chemical development unit is expanding. We are seeking for a motivated research assistant in student position to join our R&D team and contribute to the development of next generation formulations.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing a new growing medium formulation, under agronomic definitions, for growing plants.
* Perform chemical experiments in the R&D lab.
* Conduct chemical and physical characterization of the growing medium, including compression tests, rheology, HPLC, and more.
* Analyze and document experimental data, creating reports and presentations.

* Studying B.Sc. in Chemistry/ Material engineering/ Polymer engineering with at least three semesters until graduation
* Availability of two days- a must
* Experience in basic lab work- a must
* Strong attention to details and organizational skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* An energetic and diligent worker
* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
* Experience in polymer chemistry, hydrogels, biodegradable polymers and control release - an advantage
