We are looking for an experienced and passionate UX / UI Designer who will join our growing company. As a UX / UI Designer, you will own the design domain, with an exciting opportunity to craft our product's interface to achieve significant growth.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to understand the business needs and goals and translate them into usable designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to understand customer needs and identify pain points.
Design flows, prototypes, and high-quality visuals for our product's interfaces.
Work with product management and marketing to find creative ways to tell customers the story of our product features.
Turn complicated workflows into a simple, understandable experience.
Help build and evolve our design system.
Help set our design culture: as one of our first designers, you'll play a massive role in deciding how we hire product designers and think about design in the future
Work closely with our front-end developers to turn the design into working products.

At least five years of experience in designing customer-facing digital products (web and mobile).
Experience in Visual Communication advantage.
At least two years of experience in a startup company.
Strong understanding of usability and user experience principles.
A conceptual thinker who can understand user behavior, conversion, simplicity, and usability.
Experience with solving complex product UX problems.
Pixel-perfect with attention to the smallest of details.
Master of Sketch/Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Team player with excellent communication skills, along with a high level of independent work and the ability to push the UI/UX agenda.
Online portfolio attached to application - Must.
