Were looking for a passionate and proactive Lead Hands-on Analyst to provide strategic insights and analytical support directly to the office of the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and strategic planning. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
How youll shape the future of B2B sales:
Collaborate with the office of the CEO to understand business needs and provide hands-on analytical support.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to the CEO and other senior executives.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance business performance.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst or similar role
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker).
Hands-on experience with data modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience working with senior executives and providing direct support to C-suite members is highly desirable.
