Were looking for the first senior data scientist to join our analytics department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics.
This role requires a passion for data, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop and implement AI-driven solutions to solve complex business challenges.
How youll shape the future of B2B sales:
Collaborate closely with the analytics team to develop and implement AI-driven models and analytical solutions.
Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
Develop and maintain machine learning and AI models to support predictive analytics, business forecasting, and other advanced analytical needs.
Create and present detailed reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Conduct exploratory data analysis and identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and innovations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in AI and data science.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists and analysts within the team.

Requirements:
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Data Scientist, with a focus on AI and machine learning
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL
Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries
Experience with data visualization tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, Spark)
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
