Company is looking for a VP Finance who will supervise and manage various financial activities, including financial planning, tax (US and IL), budgeting, and forecasting. VP Finance will also have responsibilities such as preparing monthly consolidated financial statements, supervising day-to-day accounting operations and managing revenue recognition process. VP Finance will report to the CEO of the company.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing and managing all financial activities of the corporation, including financial planning, tax, budgeting, forecasting, etc.
Preparing financial statements reports on a quarterly and yearly basis.
Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including revenue recognition, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
Working closely with the bookkeeping/accounting and tax team in the USA.
Co-operate with different departments in the organization: R&D, Operations, HR, Sales & Marketing.
Guarantee compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
Close communication with Shareholders of the Company VCs and private investors

Requirements:
Five years of experience as controller / VP Finance in either a Startup company or in a global Company.
Bachelors degree in accounting, CPA license a must.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.
Strong analytical skills.
Immediate availability - Advantage.
Attention to details and a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy.
Ability to collaborate across teams and guide financial strategies.
Great interpersonal skills.
Excellent level of English (written and verbal).
