abra R&D is seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Laboratory Technician to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will have 1.5 to 2 years of experience working in a laboratory setting. Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine laboratory tests and data collection
* Prepare samples and materials for experiments
* Maintain and operate basic laboratory equipment
* Assist in conducting experiments under supervision
* Record and document test results accurately
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and laboratory protocols
* Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and reorder as needed
* Clean and organize laboratory workspace

Requirements:
* Associate's degree in a scientific field or equivalent laboratory experience
* 1.5 to 2 years of laboratory experience
* Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and procedures
* Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment
* Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols precisely
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field
* Experience with specific laboratory techniques relevant to our field
* Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
