We are searching for dynamic Marketing Managers to be part of our European journey. These roles are pivotal in shaping our success in Europe and provide a unique opportunity to drive innovation, engage with top-tier clients, and make a lasting impact in the fintech industry.
Brand Awareness- Crafting the brand story, distinguishing the brand from competitors, and positioning it as the premier solution for small to medium-sized businesses
SMBs self-onboarding - Enabling business customers to self-register for the product without the involvement of sales teams
Lead and oversee all marketing operations, including brand management, market research, content strategy, digital marketing, and public relations.
Drive customer acquisition initiatives, leveraging innovative tactics and channels to attract and retain a diverse client base.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in the European market, understanding local nuances to tailor marketing approaches accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals, ensuring a cohesive brand message and customer experience.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
Manage and mentor the marketing team, setting clear goals and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI.

Requirements:
+ years of experience in a similar role in a B2B SaaS experience - adventage
Experience as a "Brand Awareness" and "SMBs self-onboarding", specializing in attracting new customers to the system
Proven experience as a Marketing manager or in a similar leadership role within the marketing domain.
Strong background in customer acquisition, especially in the SMB sector.
Extensive experience in the European market, with a deep understanding of diverse cultural and business practices.
Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
