The Inside Sales lead will report to Customer support department manager.
As an Inside Sales lead, you will be joining our customer support department. You will be building a new position whose purpose is to promote sales processes by contacting the companys customers, providing them an excellent service & leading them to orders.

Contacting customers who received price offers to promote closing the deal while understanding their needs and solve problems.
Follow up with customers to promote sales process.
Collaborations with sales teams to promote sales by various means (phone, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
Meeting sales goals.

Experience in leading a small inside sales team an advantage.

Ability to work in a high-energy team environment, collaborative teammate.
