Delivery Operation Manager

As a Delivery Operations Manager focused on the Delivery Organization, you will focus on optimizing the operation of our Delivery Organization Focusing on support and solution engineering. If you enjoy drawing insights from data and translating them into impactful action plans; if you like making order out of chaos, working cross-functionally with a range of teams and personalities, and youre always looking for ways to optimize then this job is for you!

You will:
Orchestrate the design and implementation of plans and service models. This includes SLAs, segmentation, resource allocation, territory assignment, team structure, etc.
Define key performance metrics and targets, create reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business.
Identify areas of opportunity and weakness and create and execute plans to tackle those.
Design processes and flows automations and people to optimize the operation according to the key metrics you will define.
Create executivelevel presentations for both local and global leadership reviews; organize quarterly business reviews.
Perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools.
Assist in troubleshooting of operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems and processes to fix root causes.
