As a Talent Acquisition Partner , you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by ensuring we bring in the best and brightest individuals who align with our values and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Recruitment Process Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening of candidates, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job specifications, and team dynamics.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate reports and provide insights on recruitment metrics.
