The Role We are looking for outstanding candidates to fill a backend Tech Lead position. Our ideal candidate is a talented software engineer with excellent technical and interpersonal skills to join our development team. As a key member of the team, you will play a major role in leading our next-generation Gen-Ai-based product development. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company operating in a “delivery startup mode” on its journey to our next-generation product suite.

Requirements:
Required Skills
* 7+ years?of Hands-on experience in backend development, with participation in data-centric products.
* Exceptional design and coding skills in Python or .Net Core- a must.
* Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases - a must.
* Hands-on experience with AWS.
* Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React\Angular.
* Proven ability to write rock-solid, mission-critical software.
* Excellent communication skills with the capacity to interact effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
* B.Sc. in Computer Science/SW Engineering or equivalent. Advantages:
* Gen-AI background.
* Experience with front-end development.
* Previous experience as a team leader/Team Leader.
