You Will:
Be responsible for managing users activity that have joined our remittance services across different segments according to their motivation and behaviors.
Develop quarterly and monthly plans aligned with the overall market strategy that leverage pricing, product features, and marketing tools, in addition to coming up with new innovative ideas to further grow overall profitability of the business.
Own revenue, profitability, growth and retention KPIs, and will plan and execute monetization strategies that will motivate and encourage the users to choose Rewire as their preferred remittance solution.
Monitor customer trends, competition as well as specific segments dynamics and define strategy to leverage opportunities as well as defend against potential threats.
Work with your manager to translate regional strategy into specific corridor goals for required actions across marketing, sales and operations teams, product owners and analytics teams.
Through collaboration with the analytics team, you will promote complex customer and market analysis to obtain insights and develop executional plans across marketing, product, customer service, and other teams. You will analyze current user behavior, and engagement and optimize for maximum profitability.
You will closely monitor customer funnel conversion and department metrics / goals and lead initiatives to meet and improve business KPIs.
You Have:
4+ years experience in strategy consulting or revenue owner in dynamic and fast-growing tech companies.
Wide experience in Excel (can perform complex functions) and in building high-quality materials (documents and presentations) for senior stakeholders.
Strong problem solving skills, ability to generate good quality hypotheses, ability to deep dive into an ambiguous problem statement, create structured logical frameworks, and help key stakeholders drive towards a business and customer centric solution.
Extremely self-motivated and curious - desire to understand the company`s customer, and translate these learnings into strategies with the ability to self-learn new fields.
Autonomous and proactive, able to drive cross-functional teams through influence and not authority.
Experience in motivate and leading other teams without authority.
Strong English written/verbal skills.

Financial industry experience.
