Our Networking division is looking for Industrial & Management Engineer for the Product Management & Configuration Team. Our Networking division is a leading supplier of innovative end-to-end InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions and services for servers and storage. We offer market-leading solutions that include adapter cards, switches, cables and software to support networking technologies. Our products optimize data center performance and deliver industry-leading bandwidth and scalability. What you'll be doing:
Manage products Lifecycle from early development stages through mass production, until end of life.
Manage Bill of Material (BOM) and configuration management processes.
Change Control Management.
Collaborate with various teams including R&D, Operations, Planning, Marketing, and sub-contractors to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

Requirements:
What we need to see:
B.Sc. in Industrial and Management Engineering.
2+ years experience with product BOM, change control management and product configuration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong team player with a proactive attitude, excellent initiative skills, and the ability to independently lead tasks from start to finish.
Sharp thinking and great decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Ways to stand out from a crowd:
Technical understanding & knowledge (Electronics/Mechanical).
Experience with PDM tools as: Agile PLM, Windchill, etc.
Experience with SAP.
Proven experience in leading cross-organizational projects.
What we need to see:
