Compliance Commercial Counsel
Provide ongoing legal and compliance counselling and guidance on various commercial issues, collaborating closely with all business units;
Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial agreements;
Ensure compliance with regulations relevant to our business, including reviewing new regulations, creating policies and implementing them;
Handle global privacy and data protection matters, including creating, implementing and maintaining policies and privacy documentation;
Manage operational aspects of business compliance;
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to contracts and contract management;
Handle multiple assignments concurrently, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Requirements:
- 3+ in-house counsel at a global tech company (preferred) or a leading law firm;
- Drafted and negotiated a variety of commercial contracts
- handled business compliance matters (a must);
- Experience with global privacy legislation (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and privacy documentation (a must);
-Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within teams and negotiations, as well as the ability to work autonomously;
- Precision and efficiency, capable of solving analytical problems with a solution-driven, client-oriented approach to legal issues;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) (a must).
