seeking a highly motivated, target-oriented Learning Specialist to join our growing Training Team!
This is a 60% position that is also suitable as a part-time job for non-students.
Responsibilities:
Manage CS webinars end-to-end, from scheduling to registration to publishing as on-demand
Contribute as an instructional designer in other projects
Contribute as a Learning Admin in onboarding a new learning management system (LMS)

Requirements:
1+ years of experience as a Learning Specialist/Instructional Designer
Experience with webinar platforms
Audio editing capabilities
Previous experience with Storyline/Captivate/AfterEffects/other tutorial tools
Proficiency in working with design tools/software
Course development experience
Previous experience in the IT industry/ with a SAAS product is a big advantage
Native English speaker
LMS/EPSS experience is a big plus
