We are hiring a Help desk Administrator The Help desk Administrator will be responsible for answering a wide range of technical IT issues, with a high level of permissions on the organizations platforms, such as Office365.
Responsibilities:

* Leading tech solution to end user in all aspects (Windows 10/11, Operating system, antivirus, VPN, printers, security systems etc)
* Provide Day to day support and response to service incidents
* Diagnose and resolve IT technical issues involving internet connectivity and servers issues
* Provide support for the entire organization (Locally and Remotely)
* A high level of satisfaction with IT help requests from users
* Technical skills with SharePoint platform
