As the VP of R&D, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by driving innovation, overseeing product development, and ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise B2B solutions. Your leadership and hands-on approach will be critical in guiding our R&D team to create and maintain industry-leading products. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the R&D department, aligning it with the company’s overall goals and objectives. Develop and execute a clear R&D roadmap that drives innovation and product excellence.
Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing R&D team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent within the department.
Agile Methodologies: Implement and champion agile methodologies within the R&D department, promoting adaptability and responsiveness to changing market demands.
Data Engineering: Leverage your data engineering expertise to enhance our products, utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve product performance. Prior experience in data engineering is a significant advantage.
Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain robust quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and security of our products.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of the R&D department’s efforts.
