Group General Legal Counsel

Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for a strategic and business-savvy legal professional with vast experience leading M&A processes and a strong corporate background who can effectively manage legal risks while supporting business growth. Role & Responsibilities Reporting to the CFO, the Group General Legal Counsel will work closely with the management team on strategic M&A transactions, customer agreements, partnerships, and projects to support and expand our product offerings. Key responsibilities include: • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, Including: • M&A contracts (SPAs, APAs) • Cloud/software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements • Software licensing contracts • Professional services agreements • Data privacy policies • Channel partner agreements • Various go-to-market agreements • Ensuring compliance with domestic and international data privacy laws and proactively addressing regulatory requirements. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance and streamline legal policies, practices, templates, training programs, and compliance activities. Requirements A natural multi-tasker able to see the ‘big picture’ and set priorities, down to a detailed technical spec. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate well with remote stakeholders and teams. Full proficiency in English – a must.
