We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team and manage the recruitment processes end-to-end. The role will entail:
* Drive the end-to-end recruiting processes for our growing departments
* Collaborate closely with and act as a trusted advisor in all Talent Acquisition matters to both new and experienced hiring managers
* Maintain consistent traffic across our pipelines by uncovering new channels, promoting internal referrals and developing creative strategies to source and attract top talent
* Experience with Sourcing - Develop and implement candidate sourcing strategies to recruit top talent for each role
* Proactively search for talents using various recruiting methods to attract and engage potential candidates
* Work closely with managers to determine talent needs and processes for their teams

Requirements:
* BSc in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent - MUST
* 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing in an organization - MUST
* 2+ years of experience utilizing recruitment and sourcing tools and LinkedIn Recruiter- MUST
* Solid understanding of technical roles and the technology industry- MUST
* A strong experience with HR interviews, reference calls and negotiation - MUST
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English - MUST
* Working with high-level management hiring managers and stakeholders
* Proactive approach, initiative and patience while working under pressure
