ESRA is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our marketing initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing plan aligned with ESRA's strategic growth objectives.
- Support fundraising initiatives led and managed by the ESRA Fundraising Committee.
- Upgrade ESRA digital assets to be more user-friendly and efficient.
- Improve internal and external communications.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as newsletters, presentations, and promotional items.

Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
