Role Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and refinement of our core Front-End technology stack (including React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CI/CD tools), emphasizing responsive design, interactivity, and aesthetic appeal.
* Architect and implement Front-End systems to ensure an engaging User Experience, optimized for performance and scalability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, marketing) to incorporate user-centric features and modern UI / UX principles tailored to user needs.
* Contribute to all phases of the Front-End development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Desired Qualifications:
Proven track record (minimum of 2 years) in Front-End development, demonstrating technical proficiency and innovative problem-solving.
2+ years of experience working with JS MVC frameworks such as React or Angular.
Experience with modern CI/CD tools and processes.
Expertise in CSS pre-processing platforms and HTML5, with a thorough understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Self-driven and capable of managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges in Front-End development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience in programming backend services in NodeJS/ Python / JAVA /Scala - an advantage
Experience with web analytics tools such as GA4, Segment, or Amplitude - an advantage.
Desired Qualifications:
Proven track record (minimum of 2 years) in Front-End development, demonstrating technical proficiency and innovative problem-solving.
