Qualitest is growing and we are looking for our Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team in Tel Aviv!

We are seeking a talented Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team as an outsourced position and take charge of creating comprehensive technical documentation for our SaaS platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for producing both internal R D documentation and external usage guides. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, support team and other stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the platform's objectives, functionality, and usage. Your primary goal will be to translate complex technical concepts into clear, well-explained documentation that is accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in the SaaS industry.
* Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

* Strong interviewing and research skills to gather information from technical experts and translate it into documentation.
* Familiarity with documentation tools and platforms such as Confluence, Markdown, and version control systems.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and deadlines.
