We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team based in Israel.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure and product flows. Your responsibilities will include providing advanced technical support for escalated issues, taking charge of building monitors, maintaining continuous vigilance over the production environment, and taking the lead in coordinating incident response efforts across different departments.
Your experience in leading tasks across R&D teams, coupled with your expertise in incident management and comprehensive understanding of monitoring processes, will be vital to the seamless operation of our technical services.

Requirements:
6+ years of experience in technical support, production engineering, or a similar role
A strong technical background with proven experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex issues
Proven experience in incident management, including leading cross-domain incident management efforts
Experience with SQL and data analysis tools, and system logs such as Datadog or equivalent
Proactive approach, taking the initiative to start processes and spot potential issues before they come up
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both Hebrew and English
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Bonus points:
Familiarity with AWS and serverless architecture
A strong understanding of web technologies and RESTful APIs
Experience with customer support ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira), preferably in a SaaS environment
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience in a Fintech company
