About the position: We are looking for IT Security Specialists for our Professional Services teams supporting IT and information security experts from our client's side, including: Configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and follow-up on inquiries forwarded to the manufacturers. A full-time position, including on-call incident response from home.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of practical experience (settings and troubleshooting) with one or more network security systems like Firewall, WAF, Load Balancers, SSL VPN, Proxy, Web Gateways, etc. Excellent understanding of network communication processes and protocols. Must be able to work solo and as part of a team, learn independently, have high verbal communication skills, and provide excellent service.
