A rapidly growing hi-tech company that manages several projects for leading financial corporations in Israel, provides advanced technological solutions such as automatic financial document recognition, and Real-Time data extraction using fully self-developed technology.

Seeking a highly skilled and innovative CTO to join our executive team. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company, driving our technological vision, and ensuring the successful implementation of our technology strategy to meet our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the technology team, the position includes hands on craft.
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of all technological systems and infrastructure.
Ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of Sagole's technology solutions.
Foster relationships with external technology partners.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar senior technology leadership role.
* Bachelor's or masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
* Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
