abra R&D solutions looking for a IT Lab Manager to join our team! We're looking for a talented and proactive IT Lab Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in supporting our cutting-edge research and development efforts by managing and optimizing our lab's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise with strong leadership skills to ensure our R&D teams have the tools and support they need to innovate.
* Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT hardware and software issues.
* Strong understanding of networking principles, CCNA is a plus
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive and customer-service-oriented with a focus on problem-solving.
* Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
* Proven experience with Virtualization technologies VMware and Nutanix
* Windows, Mac, and Linux sysadmin knowledge.
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
* Experience in an R&D environment is a plus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our R&D lab virtualization environment, ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of the Lab infrastructure, and directly supporting the success of our R&D teams.
* As the Lab Manager, you will maintain, upgrade and install software ensuring the Lab supports all our applications and 3rd parties.
* You will keep our systems healthy and operational to best support all the different R&D groups.
* We are building new products and adding to existing ones, in a fast-paced, dynamic, and agile environment.
* As part of this role, you’ll work with the different teams ensuring they have all the IT requirements needed for development and integration of their work.
* In addition to working with the different engineering teams, you will also work closely with peers across the organization.
* A proactive can-do attitude is a must!
* We’re looking for someone that through his work will directly impacts and contributes to the teams success.
