Main roles and responsibilities:
Develop and recommend a global procurement strategy that supports the key business objectives; Establish long-term goals and priorities in order to promote effectiveness and efficiency.
Develop new/revised professional policies, procedures and programs as needed, in full alignment with the finance and operations procedures.
Source per need new reliable suppliers and subcontractors, issue RFPs and evaluate quotes.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors over new or renewal of contracts, to secure advantageous terms for ImPact e.g. quality, availability, price, risk minimization etc.; Collaborate with legal and with other internal departments as needed.
Manage existing contracts administration Storage, milestones tracking, risk assessments, changes and annexes in support of the dynamic business needs.

Requirements:
Business-oriented education (BA preferred) in business administration, economy, industrial engineering or similar - Must have.
Fluent English and Hebrew (reading, writing and talking) - Must have.
Background in science related field, e.g. chemistry, biotechnology etc. Advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience (more than 5 is advantage) in global procurement roles in the pharmaceutical, chemical or medical device industries;
This experience must include contract negotiations and vendor management, as well as day-to-day purchasing operations.
Preference to experience in working with procurement modules in ERP systems.
Must be ready to travel abroad from time to time (up to 25% of the time)
