We are looking for a customer Technical Support specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with our clients to resolve their technical issues, provide product guidance, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Your ability to troubleshoot complex problems and communicate effectively will be crucial in this role.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve our products and services.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and procedures.
Promote self-service tools and resources to empower customers.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates.

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a Technical Support role, preferably with a technological hardware product.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
Relevant Bachelor degree or diploma.
Exceptional proficiency in both Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
