We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hardware Lab Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the setup, maintenance, and testing of hardware in our lab. This includes diagnosing and repairing equipment as well as conducting tests to ensure hardware is functioning properly. The Hardware Lab Technician will work closely with the engineering team to ensure hardware meets all specifications and requirements.
Troubleshoot issues with PCBs and electronic components, including identifying and resolving malfunctions and manufacturer defects.
Need to know to read electronic schematics.
Collaborate with design engineers to create and TEST PCBs and other electronic components
Basic RF testing advantage
Offer solutions that meet or exceed the expectations of the end user.
Maintain an excellent rela

Requirements:
Proven experience as LAB technician at least 2+ years.
Ability to communicate in English. Speak and write.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers and designers.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of basic electronics principles and familiarity with electronic components and TEST equipments.
Electronics certifications such as practical engineer or equivalent.
